Cancelation or changes within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the original service total. By booking appointment, please understand that despite individual circumstances including sickness, work conflicts, childcare, traffic or travel issues you are responsible for your appointment time. The cancelation policy is not a punishment, but a consideration for the time that was reserved for you. DO NOT leave a voicemail.
